- Roll call is 30 minutes before squad starting time unless otherwise noted
- A Squad: 8:00 a.m. – (8 games for each bowler)
- B Squad: 2:00 p.m. – (8 games for each bowler)
- Cut to top four teams for baker stepladder finals
- Finals format will be adjusted accordingly with less than 18 teams
Eligibility for PBA
Participant must be a USBC Member in good standing. Non-members must meet PBA average requirements.
Entry Fee
- Members: $245
- Non-Members: $310 (money order, cashier’s check or credit card only)
Entry Deadline
- Online entries close at 12:10 am Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
- After the deadline, entries must be made directly with the PBA Midwest Region Manager.
